Through centralized receiving in Japan, scheduled bulk shipments, and a distribution structure utilizing Hong Kong warehouses and the Ningbo bonded warehouse, we build a scalable and replicable cross-border fulfillment system.

Step ①：The client independently completes the purchase on the official website.
Step ②：The goods are delivered to the designated consolidation warehouse in Japan.
Step ③：Once the required volume threshold is met, shipments are dispatched on a scheduled basis to either the Hong Kong warehouse or the Ningbo bonded warehouse.
Step ④：Warehouse operations include inbound management, customs clearance coordination, and cargo distribution.
Step ⑤：Door-to-door delivery is arranged to member clients.
Step ⑥：The client completes settlement of the overall fulfillment service fees prior to outbound release.

➊ Base Handling Fee (Fixed Fee)
Japan Warehouse Receiving & Handling Fee: JPY 1,000 per shipment
Consolidated Dispatch Handling Fee: JPY 3,000 per batch
Hong Kong / Ningbo Inbound Processing Fee: JPY 1,500 per shipment

➋ Shipping Fee (Charged Based on the Higher of Volume or Weight)
Chargeable Weight = Actual Weight vs. Volumetric Weight (Whichever is Higher)
Volumetric Weight Formula: Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6000
0–5 kg: 25 per kg
5–20 kg: 22 per kg
Above 20 kg: 18 per kg

➌ Fulfillment Service Fee (Based on Cargo Value Percentage)
0 – JPY 500,000: 1.5%
JPY 500,000 – JPY 2,000,000: 1.2%
Above JPY 2,000,000: 1.0%

➍ Special Handling Fees (Optional)
Additional Optional Fees (Quoted Based on Actual Requirements): Repacking Fee, Reinforced Packaging Fee, Priority Dispatch Fee, Insurance Fee (quoted separately based on actual circumstances).
Fees Include: Warehouse management, compliance structure arrangement, consolidated dispatch management, cross-border fulfillment coordination, customs clearance support, and distribution coordination.
Our profitability is derived from structured management capabilities rather than simple freight rate differentials.
